Leah is a passionate writer and researcher with a mildly unhealthy obsession with AI chatbots. As the Head of Content, Leah leads a talented team to create compelling articles and copy, appeal directly to customers’ pain points and needs, and spread the word about Tidio’s exceptional AI platform.
Leah didn’t choose the AI life, the AI life chose her. She started out as a content manager for a previous AI and live chat company, with chatbots as her pillar focus. This sparked 6+ years of intensive writing, researching, and studying AI in customer service. She is dedicated to helping businesses of all sizes get started with AI support on the right foot.
A Texas native, Leah enjoys baking pies, playing basketball, and doomscrolling on TikTok in her spare time.
